A skin to FCVP71 `s police vehicle i made a few years ago, this changes the levery and the police lights from red and blue to just blue (not ELS).

u will need to download FCVP71 `s YTF files from here


install his vehicle and then overwrite his YTD files with mine 


GRAPHIC MODS USED: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/ebhd-graphics-enhancer
and the Visual settings file that removes carona on police lights and makes them brighter 

The ZIP includes the visualsettings file that removes carona and makes policelights brighter With instructions, if you already got it installed in update>update.rpf>common>data, then you dont need to worry about installing this file 

install to x64e-levels-gta5-vehicles.rpf 

do not copy --__--

i honestly have NO idea which department and state it is lmao, i just saw it on the GTA 4 mods like 3-4 years ago and wanted to make one for GTA 5 lol

Tha actually the gta 4 pic I saw lol, and I have been thinking about making it, cause I like the colors lol. So it’s definitely in my “to-do” list.
