I know it is for EVI's Charger but Other people may not know that.

I just tried to download this and after download it says unexpected error occurred and wouldnt let me view the skin.

I like the idea of this skin, but one thing, the license plate, all state highway patrol, have a SHP-(random number's) as there license plate, not just a Google image... if that is fixed, then I may download it, because I have been looking for a SHP of NC, but have yet to find a full pack. Here's what the back of the real thing look's like, in case your wondering.
