Hello guys, this time I made a NYPD police megaphone audio.

If you are not satisfied with this audio, please leave a message in Comments, I will fix the bug, in the future version.

For the mod in my show video that was made by other authors, the file I posted does not contain this mod, only the awc file I made myself.

▲But you need remember: In LSPDFR&YouTube my name is Gary Connor, in Twitter my name is Gary Connor★, and in 5MODS my name is XW-19008. Don't confuse my name, lol▲

1.INTRODUCTION:
I brought the NYPD megaphone audio to everyone(-audio in the car megaphone -)

You can go here to download "Police Megaphone"script: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/20204-policemegaphonevariety-additional-police-megaphone-yelp/

===========================================================

2.INSTALLATION:
(Use OpenIV): x64 → audio → sfx → S_FULL_SER.rpf ▲Replace:s_m_y_cop_01_white_full_01.awc▲

【Note: It is best not to change the name of my audio file and replace it with other audio files. In case you have done something that can't be reversed, you can only delete the Mods folder, I can't help you.】

For the accent problem, I have tried to alleviate it in this NYPD audio, I hope it will be better than LAPD.😎

I am digging this mod, but can you do one with a black officer voice. I was really hoping this mod could be excelled with integration with a script mod so that it interacts with Peds on foot and Peds in vehicles. For example when thugs are hanging out on a corner and you drive by and say No loitering keep it moving. They interact by either telling you to go @@$#$ yourself and then walk off if they see you standing there. another example is in a car chase you can yell at them "This is the NYPD, I am ordering you to stop your vehicle now" with a 50/40 chance they will comply and if they dont a step up command "This is your final warning, pull over now" before you have to do what you must to stop them. On a Felony car stop you use the voice command to order the driver out of the vehicle slowly with they hands up and a 50/50 chance they fully comply or act as if they are going to comply then start some #@%#$. Just saying that this audio pack gives us just that an audio pack, it just feel flat when you order someone to do something and they just ignore you lol. But if you bump heads with script writers to use this mod to interact with their scripts you may have something awesome here!

Regarding the actual effect, mainly have to look at the plugin. At present, I have not contacted the author of the Police Megaphone. But I think your idea will be realized in the future. Before the actual effect is achieved, I will continue to make more megaphone audio. The black cop voice you suggested may be added in my next update. Thank you for your support!

Its been a while since we commented about doing a Black Officer voice over, I have been working on some audio files I wanted to use in wave format to replace the deafult ones but When I try to transfer them into the game via OpenIV, I keep getting an error stating that they are not in the correct format and need to be mono channel and a certain bitrate. I have no way editing it or understanding what I need to correct it! If you are still around would you mind checking out what I did and see if you can tweak it?

My renewed interest in this project is the release of the MEGAPHONE UI mod that uses this audio to issue commands to in game peds that they actually react to! Its like this mod and that mod go hand and hand together!

Hello there, you just need to put awc file to   x64 → audio → sfx → S_FULL_SER.rpf

I know where it goes boss, the problem is the wav file somehow is not supported by the audio folder transfer. It keeps giving me an error when I try to move it into the S_Full_ser folder saying that it is not supportted because of its bit size and it needs to be a in a mono channel format. I dont know how to change all of that!

its the audio wav files that I have created that wont switch over. So i took some of the white officer files and transfered them into the black officer folder and those worked ! I tried to look at the files together and the only difference I see is the default ones are like 765 bytes and mine is like 168 bytes. The source of my recording may have saved them in Stereo sound where the game is telling me I need to format it to mono channel format? Can I upload them to my MEGA storage account and send you a link to download and check them out to see what wrong when ever you get a chance?

Hmmm, this is my first time to heard this problem, if you want to convert audio file channels, you need "Audio Processing Software", like Adobe or something.

hmm i dont know i have given up on modding the voices on this mod. I just use Self Radio to play my megaphone sounds and use like Felony Stop Pluggin to excute the order and moved your white cop audio files into the black cop cop directory so I get the NYPD PA sounds for now until you upgrade and get the real black cop voice over in there!

Also trying a bunch of different mods to get that authentic BullHorn like echo effect too! Not successful yet but experimenting!

I have checked NYPD police tape, but I found that they use the police tape original texture, "POLICE DO NOT CROSS"
