New Cop Content 1.0

Finally! I upload the cop content from gta-mods.com here. After a little trouble with the file size now it works.

This repalces all cops in game with policemans model.

cop, cop_traffic, fat_cop.

And the fat cop with the female cop model.

Now it includes all files you need to replace the female model, speech and walk.

All textures for the policeman model working on this model too. No need for asking for a different texture.
