NYPD Liveries for Vanilla Cop Cars 1.0.0

This is NYPD liveries for the vanilla cop cars. This is because I like realism and real worlds to play in. I looked on the internet and couldn't find any mod similar to this, so I decided to make this myself. There is detail in the text. What I mean by that is: Every little pixel have been taken attention to, the text looks exactly like the original LCPD and it fits great on the standard cars.

There is one known bug. Sometimes the radar and player disappear completely. To fix that just reinstall your game and follow the installation steps again. This is why you should always backup your whole game.

Installation: 
Open OpenIV or SparkIV. (Your choice)
Open GTA IV up in the program.
Navigate to "pc" then "models" then "cdimages" and lastly "vehicles.img"
Scroll down until you find "police2.wtd"
Open "police2.wtd" and drag "police_livery.png" onto it.
Press "Ok"
Press "Save" and back out to the previous screen.
Scroll down until you find "vehshare.wtd" and open it up.
Do the same here as you did with the previous one, except you do it with "vehicle_generic_police_livery.png" now.
