[Non-ELS] Default DOT Vehicles with Lights 1.0

Are these templated..can we use custom skins with these?

Sorry but it is not, just default trucks with a couple lights, the templates would not take, not sure why but i gave up

thats what i tried t sue buy zmodeler expanded and i could not get his template correctly scaled

already delete the dev files, whats the difference between els and non els, its a couple lights and the carcols make it work

I press "E" and the lights dont work
