W.I.P [Blaine County] [Santa Rosa Based Skin Pack] 1.0.1

Work in progress skin pack this is my first skin pack iv made. It not 100% done yet hint why the title says work in progress. I will be adding more cars to this pack in the future! These skins are almost 100% replica to the cars in real life. I will have all link to cars down below that I used the skins for. I only use the Cvpi in TickleMyElmo sheriff.
