Not bad. Although 1994 CHP Chevy Caprices have FS Vector as lightbar, not Code 3 MX7000. But this is a skin, so nevermind.

So the file isn't actually downloading, it's just opening up a page with the graphic. It only saves as a PNG file. When I try to add it to the car model, it's not aligned properly. Not even close. Did I miss something in the description on how to do this? Most textures are .dds files, so I'm confused
