This mod is a mixture of ENB, ICE, Photorealistic 8, Illumination Enhancement and some other personal tweaks. 100% of the credit goes to the original authors/creators of the original mods, I'm just the nut (no pun intended) who put them together, with certain tweaks. Lastly, I will not support this mod, because there are way too many computer hardware/software configurations to isolate a particular problem that may occur during or after installation.

FYI: I would advised not using this mod if you are unfamiliar with adding ENB/ICE mods and your computer is barely running GTA 4 in its original stock form. This mod has been tested by others, with very little failure.

Also included with this mod is a custom 07 Charger with HG2 runners I commissioned from BxBug's earlier this year, which he and I shared through download links and pm's. Any and all additional credits are listed within the file...

@culley try using different visual files, such as these: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=3 or try adjusting the emissive settings within the visualsettings.dat file. @police delete the commandline.txt if you're using it, and edit the enbseries.ini file and change forcenvidiacaps and forcenvidiacards to false. @Sgt. try using BxBugs window templates from the original Charger file. http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=444

when I start the game my i see niko but all my texutres disappear and it's lagging my specs are already shown above.

The only thing that I can suggest is monkey with the Radius (Contrast probably) setting within the Bloom area and tinker with the emissive settings within the visualsetting.dat file.

am guessing this mod isn't for everyone because seriously you need like a beastly over the top computer to run this even smoothly lol

I wouldn't exactly say that... a good SSD for gaming needs, 8GB of memory minimal, a solid quad-core processor (Intel preferably), and a GPU (Nvidia preferably) with lots of VRAM. The SSD alone will net you 7-10fps in most games...

    First ENB that works on my computer, great and very realistic. However, it is too bright sometimes and it lags my computer 20fps-25fps when tis on, when I have it off its usually 45fps-50fps. I'm using your commandlines.txt to optimize it however it still lags.

    @NIK set the detail distance to 100 and the view distance to 1 within the game settings. Trust me, view distance is somewhat useless from what I been working on recently. I'm crafting a new ENB file...
