This skin is for the Detroit PD Charger. This is a tactical response skin. Now let me explain. I'm a big fan of Charlie LeDuff and he did this video called "Bankruptcy is helping police do their jobs" which I'll link below. Now it shows that Detroit Police created a new unit called tactical response. And these officers in the video are so dedicated even thought they took a pay cut. I've felt obliged to do something and made this texture. It's meant to replicate the real life Tactical Response Unit. I hope you enjoy it. Leave me a comment always look forward for ways to improve. I'm aware of the recent and unfortunate shutdown of Open IV. Just like my role model, @thegreathah I will continue to make and release textures til they are declared illegal. Take care guys and hopefully  Take Two comes back to their senses.

@Hullian111 hey man i like my gifs, and i myself don't have a good gaming computer but works fine with me. I also upload to gta 5 mods.com and have no gifs their so download their i guess, but the gif is here to stay.
