Howdy Everyone! I'm new to creating skins for GTA, but I wanted to give it a shot! This is a simple little pack that I made of the Wisconsin State Patrol, I hope you enjoy! 

 

Installation

To install simply locate .ydt file for the corresponding vehicle that you wish to replace the skin on!

Hey Daniel C! 

You can get the correct explorer from the LSPD Mega Pack that JJDawkins made (linked up above), and the explorer that you put the skin on is the "2016 Explorer" (as labeled in the pack). Hope this clears up your problem, but if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask! :)
