Finally there is someone in Liberty City who can deal with dead bodies.

vdH METT/Coroner Mod gives you ability to call Medical Examiner Transportation team, or Coroner.

This mod is LCPDFR.com exclusive, so please don't upload it anywhere else.

If you find any bugs, grammar errors etc. make sure to tell me ;) Please write in rather than in file comments. It's easier to trach posts than comments.

Be sure to check read me and settings file!

Installation:

This one only looks scary. Read ead and everything will be fine.

What you need:

1. GTAIV or EFLC with latest patches (you know, that awesome game)

2. HazardX's .Net ScriptHook from here: http://www.hazardx.c...ils.php?file=83

3. OpenIV or SparkIV (for installing custom Speedo and body bags, not required)

Installation:

  1. Copy scripts folder from this zip file to your main GTA/EFLC directory

    Next steps are not required but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
    REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR FILES!
  2. Choose preferred Speedo model and replace speedo.wtf file in models/vehicles.img by OpenIV or SparkIV
    (Liveries are compatible also with )
  3. Choose preferred Speedo texture pack and replace speedo.wtd file in models/vehicles.img by OpenIV or SparkIV (See preview of packs in Skinpacks.jpg)
  4. Pick preferred body bag and replace cj_bin_bag_pickup2.wdr file in data/maps/props/roadside/rubbish.img by OpenIV or SparkIV

    Next steps are for advanced users
  5. Skip this step if you have installed Speedo with no lighbar, or ELS version. To make lighbar on Speedo, to appear randomly on civilian Speedos go to YourGTADirectory/common/data, open vehicles.ide file with notepad, find line with Speedo and remove "ext_all" flag
  6. To get Speedo vans in various colours go to YourGTADirectory/common/data, open carcols.dat with notepad find Speedo line and replace it with following:
    speedo, 112,112,112, 109,109,109, 88,88,88, 80,80,80, 72,72,72, 26,26,26, 7,7,7, 6,6,6, 1,1,1, 0,0,0,

That's all. Oh, default key is Shift+M.

Can somebody please upload the default files that this mod replaces on steps 2-4? Please PM me a download link if you could do this for me.

Not blaming it on his mod, but maybe this mod is what pushed my game just over the edge or something, cause my game crashes about a minute after starting it now.

First: I only play on EFLC (IV dosen't work on my computer) and I have no problems on both TLAD and TBOGT

and Second: This is why you back up. even if it take an hour to copy all your gta files 'back up'

Such a simple but effective and useful mod. so far no bugs to report. Great job. Only question I have is where do I put the body bag file? I cant find it anywhere in spark.

I'm sorry but I can't help you with Spark as it doesn't work for me. Maybe it has some search feature?

Thank you guys for all kind words, really appreciate it. Mod looks simple but I put there so many different scenarios, like body on roof, body under car, body inside building, body in car etc etc. You won't see that it is specially scripted for that scenario but if mod would not know how to deal with situation it would be horrible. Example: body under car, docs get to body and put in bodybag and... car disappears, or body on pier and docs have no idea how to get there.

ROYKIRK send me your vdH_Errors.log file (it should be in main GTA directory) via PM. Also describe what was happening when crash occurred.

Not sure why it's crashing on other people!! But I will say i got mine to crash b/c i shot and killed the 2 people when they got out of the coroner van.. lol then the game went crazy and crashed!!

Ron if you have any crash issues report them in official thread with logs (vdH_rrors and/or ScriptHookDotNet). Without logs and detailed description of problem I can't fix anything.

I can not find where to put the bodybag, i looked under that file and it doesnt exist under that folder can someone help please

Bag should be in rubbish.img file located in data/maps/props/roadside directory. You can still use METT/Coroner mod without installing bodybag. One downside is that instead of bodybags you will see trash bags.

op nevermind found it thanks but yea so far very good indeed sir, had 10 bodys and it got them all, revived or deceased no flaws so far that i can see

its actually under PC/data/maps/props/roadside you might want to update that in your installion folder

I just wanted to start to play lcpdfr again..., i thought to myself, that i would reealy like to see a corroner mod... and what do i see. you have it already done. good work abraxas, continue with this good work. i also like all of your other mods they made lcpdfr so much more awesome
