Thanks VB3179! I appericate you honoring my request. Since I'm a newb at this modding I'm unsure why when I click download its just a file.png adn a picture with no files saved as police.wft or police.wtd. also on a side note if you could do my home town of Barrington, RI that would be incredible.

and Idk why we even have one of these considering nothing ever happens but if u could do this that would be icing on the cake

yup. I'ts just a texture file. So you need "SparkIV or OpenIV" both programs that open your vehicles .img file. Inside the vehicles.img files you have all of your vehicles, find the one you would like to put the skin on, open up the "wtd" file and find where the skin goes (You should see similar looking pictures(police skin in random places)) Replace it, and save. Whatever vehicle you place it on will display the texture in game. I don't make models, so skins are the best I can do.

It'll work for any Modded crown vic... no matter what spot its in
