This is the BMW 5 Series F11 Pack

This pack contains an ELS version of most of the BMW 5 series that have been used by the met. These are used as traffic cars and area cars, the area cars replaced the Volvo V40 and Skoda Octavia VRS whereas the traffic car replaced the BMW 5 Series E61 and Volvo V70. If you want the Volvo V40 you can download it from my page there is a non-els version of the Skoda but an ELS version of both the V70 and Skoda will come soon.
