That, you replace the wheels .png with corresponding folder provided with the download. File named options and should be labeled "Wheels"

it didnt come with any stealie wheels

I'm working a Red and Blue Config. I will share it if yall would like!

How do you add any of the options for the wheels, lights, etc.?

Is it just me, or can I not replace the textures on this vehicle?

Nevermind, found out it has to be 4k or it wont allow it to be replaced.

I am kinda new to modding and I have only been able to get a sheriff livery (that was included) to work. How would I get the SAHP one working?

Just had this problem myself. What you wanna do is, is go to your open iv, find vehicles.meta found at: update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/ 

Once you've found it, right click and choose export. Export it where you see fit (I just used the desktop, easier to get to) open the file with notepad and find the vehicle that you replaced it with (police, police2, police3, police4, etc...) on the flags line add "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" without the quotes. Once you've done that, drag it back into openiv. Now, launch the game and go to the liveries menu in your trainer(I use trainerv) you should be able to switch skins. 

Also, since you're somewhat new to modding, figured I'd tell you to make a mods folder in your gtav folder and copy files into it that you're modding in openiv. So if anything happens and you mess up all you've gotta do is delete that folder and you have the original files back. 

I need some help. The vehicle handling is crap it keeps flipping on any turn at almost any speeed. Any and all help is very appreciated. Other than that great vehicle
