everything look's awesome in game, but there is only one steady burn that stay's on when the primaries are on.

Yes just like the real CHP crown vic. That's code 3 drive mode. If you wanna toggle the whole front, (which is code 3 mode when the car is in park), you have to disable the primaries and toggle the secondaries.

Here you can see the lightbar in action:

Also don't forget to switch your primaries to A-04 or B-04 in els menu.

Ah you released it - I saw the screenshots before it was released, nice lightbar and setup, so the CHP are getting rid of the vector lightbars now?

One thing:

I was driving today and passed an accident in which the CHP was on scene doing traffic. He was parked and out of his vehicle with his secondary's on. However, the front of his lightbar was completely turned off. I was unaware Code 3 Flash Pattern had this. Is it featured in this model??

Also, can you release a version of this vehicle(amber secondaries) without the code 3 flash pattern??

Thanks

Well according to spitfire who actually asked real chp officers, it works like this. If you don't care about CHP lighting, skip this part below:

Code 3 mode is when everything lights up (blue and red), that is what my car features. When the car is in "Park", the front of the lightbar lights up as steadyburn (all blue and red lights). If the driver puts the car in "Drive", it starts flashing. I've seen 2 types of flashing, which is when the whole lightbar flashes, or when it flashes first on the left side, then on the second side.

Then there's the traffic stop mode, in this mode the blue part doesn't light up, only the red. Same thing happens when you put it in park or drive.

Also Spitfire said, that the officer told him, you can switch only the front and only the back on as well. They usually use the traffic arrows with the blue steady burn at traffic stops, or they also tend to use the blue and amber "forward cutoff". My car features the "forward cutoff" with blue, red and amber. Also there was a video about how the new whelen lightbar works (every single mode), but those videos were taken down, I'm afraid. This was the link:

ELS doesn't let me create a traffic arrow with steady burns, so I ditched the idea, and chp uses red blue vs amber a lot more then blue vs amber. If I modify the lights in any way I'll lose the code 3 park mode, and I want at least 1 light mode set up properly.

Okay yeah I know how code 3 works. I was curious because I had drove passed his cruiser and saw the lights completely off in thefront and on in the back.

Thanks

this isnt a 09 really it needs a texture that has a flex fuel emblem on the right of the licenses plate.

Thanks for giving me credit for the research. Yeah what Sgt. Kanyo was saying was all true. Although if there was any other option you could do for secondaries that would be truly cool. I know you cant get the rear to be amber and blue directional arrow because of the way they are connected and placed, but having just solid reds in the front would make this more realistic and more versatile to use because to be honest with you I see solid red front most of the time and rarely full code3. They seem to keep code3 off most of the time for everything except high speed chases. Even pulling someone over they first do just rear advisor to get people behind to slow down then the solid reds in front when its safe. If they still dont pull over then he goes full code3 no siren. Then siren if he's not stopping. This is all quoted from a real CHP officer I worked with. They try to stay as inconspicuous as possible. They dont want to effect other drivers' attention. So they stay low key most of the time and turn siren or code3 off as soon as they can. Solid red front and rear arrow left advisor is always the routine. Kanyo I would still try to do something or anything to get closer to this routine since its what you will see every time you see a CHP in California. I doubt you will ever see a code3 CHP in real life for quite a while. If just parked for construction or something on the road, fronts off, and blue amber flash back and forth in the rear. Its still cool what you are doing and I dont want to sound condescending on your work because its great. I personally just like options from crazy code3 to the least subtle in secondary. But u'd the boss so thanks again for another cool car and for listening.

Okay I have an idea from you.

For components 7, 8, 9 turn off front blue. For component 9 turn off rear red. That should be it. That would be it or a good close resemblance of what they really do. And option C1 works for secondaries and would give the right pattern. I think this is as close as we are going to get. Please try it!!!

So front would be solid reds and rear would be blue and amber flashing.

I told you, I'm not gonna change it. If I change anything I lose code 3 park mode. If you wanna do that, go ahead, delete the blue light from extra7, extra8 and extra9, and modify the traffic advisor like you want, but I won't change it. Also I saw CHP using only red and blue at the back, in code3 mode, but I've only seen it on the whelen liberty models, not on the slicktops.

Like I said, if you really want only reds at front, go ahead you can modify the file, it is unlocked.
