First of all, you need download and install this mods: https://es.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/otaris-ambulance
Follow the instructions.
Then, with OpenIV go to MODS/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replaces my .ytd and .yft files.
