TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK PROPERLY ON THIS MODEL, YOU MUST MUST MUST
INSTALL THE CARVARITAIONS LINE INCLUDED WITH THIS FILE. IT WILL MAKE THE
POLICEB ACT LIKE POLICE WITH THE WAY THE LIGHTS FLASH.

If you know anything about siren settings, just change the policeb to 1.

YOU MUST ALSO INSTALL THE VEHICLE META LINE TO GET THE RIDER TO SIT ON THE BIKE
PROPERLY. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, YOUR RIDER WILL HAVE THEIR FEET THROUGH THE BIKE.

DO NOT MESSAGE ME ABOUT YOUR LIGHTS BEING DIM, AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE SCREENS, 
THEY ARE WELL ENOUGH BRIGHT. ENSURE YOU ARE USING RADIANCE V AND YOUR POST FX
AND YOUR SHADER QUALITY ARE SET TO MAX.

read through the comments section or this read me, as it is here for a reason.

=============== Instalation ===============
To install the BMW, all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.

For me it would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

To install the CARVAR file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data
and Install the line into the carvariation there!

=============== NOTES =============== 
A lot of work has gone into this bike, it has been a long time in the making 
and I would just like to thank the guys over at Code Zero gaming, more specifically
Polecat324 and BayAreaBugs, for giving me the opportunity to do these bikes.

This bike is part of a CHP mega pack that I will be releasing at the earliest time it is done.
The pack includes:
                   - 2016 Utility
                   - 2013 Marked and slicktop utility
                   - 2013 Ford F2/350
                   - 2011 CVPI, vector and Liberty
                   - 2010 Dodge Charger
                   and whatever else i can find pictures of!

It took a long time to do because the base model that was crunched was about 
1.7 MILLION triangles, so it was quite the project. 

I always thought that pay walls were fucking stupid, so a huge thanks to the guys at code zero for
rendering the current one on the BMW in the community obsolete, and this bike is also of better 
quality.

The model itself is quite large in megabyte size, but it should not be an issue with anyone's
game as the PoliceB does not spawn on a reoccurring basis.

Once again as i've stated, YOU MUST INSTALL THE CARVAR LINE AND VEHICLE META BEFORE USING THE BIKE!

There should be no problems with the bike itself, it should act exactly like the default policeb.

This model is after the California Highway Patrol, so it has a steady burn and their lights they use
on the bike itself.

There is a template included with the file itself, so you are able to make your own skins for the bike.

The DEV versions of this bike will be released later next month.

I will be releasing a LAPD version with their gun mounts on it later next week.

What else could it be ? Are you sure there's only one vehicles.meta file that has policeb ?? Maybe after the new update, it's in a different category ? I don't know, it seems like the game doesn't recognize the bike as an emergency vehicle but I have flagged it as EMERGENCY VEHICLE and LAW ENFORCEMENT

i know. but im trying to fix the seating issue as well. which is in the vehicle.meta just cant find it

I've got the same light problem for either model of the CHP bike, tried siren settings as stated here, in the original, and everything in between for the 2013 Harley and the 2014 bike, as well as the feet don't seem to fix using the attached vehicle file or the one it says to use in the readme. Running out of ideas here. Don't care so much about the feet thing, but any other ideas about what could be causing the siren issue with the lights spanning out from the bike like pictured earlier? 

Carvar is copied exactly, light/siren settings both at 1 right now, in Christmas2, vehicle meta currently is the provided one in the link in Update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5. At a loss here, but open to more suggestions lol. I also have the CHP mega pack downloaded, could it be a conflict of some sort?

No, its always something to do with the siren settings. The siren settings should be 1, and the lights should be 13. Make sure if youre using a mods folder youre putting it in the right folder.

I played around with it a bit and got it to work when I use the carvariations from the bike file; however, that one doesn't have the settings for the vehicles in the CHP pack. When I copy that same (previously working) policeb carvariations line into the meta file from the CHP pack or just use that packs file, the pack vehicles work but the police bike lights stop working properly despite the siren settings and all remaining exactly the same, but as I understand it both carvariations are meant to go into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/MpChristmas2/Common/Data. 

I figure I must be screwing something up somewhere, I'll have to play around with it a bit. When I have more time if it's still not working I can post the files here and maybe someone can point out the issue.

FYI there are civilians spawning on the bike. noticed in the meta that a hillbilly was set as the driver.

woops that one wasn't supposed to post was trying to edit it lol. Not sure how to delete it haha...it was some sort of conflict in the meta file when I shifted the police bike line into the carvariations from the CHP pack, I don't know what exactly but it works now. Appreciate the help. Any way to make the glass a little darker, is that something I can do with a trainer or something?

I believe the ones floating are for the front of the bike to my guess.

@Hannibal88 As i've stated in previous posts, it is the siren settings. Your game isn't reading the file properly.

As you can tell from the meta the setting is at 1 as mentioned and lights at 13. what else could it be?
