TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK PROPERLY ON THIS MODEL, YOU MUST MUST MUST
INSTALL THE CARVARITAIONS LINE INCLUDED WITH THIS FILE. IT WILL MAKE THE
POLICEB ACT LIKE POLICE WITH THE WAY THE LIGHTS FLASH.

If you know anything about siren settings, just change the policeb to 1.

YOU MUST ALSO INSTALL THE VEHICLE META LINE TO GET THE RIDER TO SIT ON THE BIKE
PROPERLY. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, YOUR RIDER WILL HAVE THEIR FEET THROUGH THE BIKE.

DO NOT MESSAGE ME ABOUT YOUR LIGHTS BEING DIM, AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE SCREENS, 
THEY ARE WELL ENOUGH BRIGHT. ENSURE YOU ARE USING RADIANCE V AND YOUR POST FX
AND YOUR SHADER QUALITY ARE SET TO MAX.

read through the comments section or this read me, as it is here for a reason.

=============== Instalation ===============
To install the BMW, all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.

For me it would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

To install the CARVAR file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data
and Install the line into the carvariation there!

=============== NOTES =============== 
A lot of work has gone into this bike, it has been a long time in the making 
and I would just like to thank the guys over at Code Zero gaming, more specifically
Polecat324 and BayAreaBugs, for giving me the opportunity to do these bikes.

This bike is part of a CHP mega pack that I will be releasing at the earliest time it is done.
The pack includes:
                   - 2016 Utility
                   - 2013 Marked and slicktop utility
                   - 2013 Ford F2/350
                   - 2011 CVPI, vector and Liberty
                   - 2010 Dodge Charger
                   and whatever else i can find pictures of!

It took a long time to do because the base model that was crunched was about 
1.7 MILLION triangles, so it was quite the project. 

I always thought that pay walls were fucking stupid, so a huge thanks to the guys at code zero for
rendering the current one on the BMW in the community obsolete, and this bike is also of better 
quality.

The model itself is quite large in megabyte size, but it should not be an issue with anyone's
game as the PoliceB does not spawn on a reoccurring basis.

Once again as i've stated, YOU MUST INSTALL THE CARVAR LINE AND VEHICLE META BEFORE USING THE BIKE!

There should be no problems with the bike itself, it should act exactly like the default policeb.

This model is after the California Highway Patrol, so it has a steady burn and their lights they use
on the bike itself.

There is a template included with the file itself, so you are able to make your own skins for the bike.

The DEV versions of this bike will be released later next month.

I will be releasing a LAPD version with their gun mounts on it later next week.

I have a little problem and I dont know how to fix that. Each time I get off the bike it fall on its side. I tryed redoing the vehicule.meta and carvariation but still doing the same thing. Can someone help with that. The rider is sitted in the good position.

I honestly dont know what that could be. It has worked find every time i go in game with it.

well, can you please write a GOOD installation guide? pls remember, there are player they bought GTAV in stores and not over steam. it would be nice if you could write a installation guide which supports every version of GTAV. and sorry, i absolutely cant understand what you wrote with this two lines :-S

I installed this on a retail copy.
They are both the exact same apart from one is in the steam games folder, and the other is in Program Files (by default)

The latest patch day aka patch day 10 will overwrite all files in the game. My latest patch day i have in my mods folder is 9. Copy patchday9 into your mods folder.

So I have added this to every patchday that has a vehicles file, and the carvations and meta file. And anytime I spawn the bike it does whats shown in THIS video. Also when initially spawned in it looks like the stock Sovereign police bike, then pops in to the BMW.  I think part of the problem is when I do drag over the new PoliceB files in OpenIV it looks like only one or two of the files actually transfers, but I'm not sure why. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated, thanks

If youre using RDE, delete the old police files.

Thats comforting as hell then lol. I doubt it'll help but your Harley model did similar things as well.

 

So I just tried reinstalling the carvariatons file and meta still didn't fix it

i added the bike as a standalone vehicle but when i open up RPH and type in "spawn policeb2" it won't show up on the list, but upon executing that command it spawns just fine.

the model was installed to patchday11ng

Problem. I installed the bike, added the lines as you said without changing the lines I already have installed, but still the lights of my Crown Vic got messed up. How? Can I fix this??
