Ok man, I put all the files since it's necessary to substitute the ranger and they use only long sleeve shirt and traffic vest. 

wish this was for iv...nypd stuff in los santos makes no sense

its okey, no problem , then keep the files instead.

also....you were asking for a vector lightbar?....i have one unlocked already converted...despite the fact i can convert it withouth problem...i think that belongs to F5544....pm if you are interested

i didn't play gta iv lcpdfr that's why I missed out and made a pack for it now. I'm not familiar with the LA environment so I really don't give it much attention. Anyway I released it, you can decide to download it or not.

I don't have much time to learn zmodeler right now, I was thinking of putting the vector on the dodge charger DEV version alongside some lights front/back which are red/white. I will probably do it in the future.
