I'm 100% sure he did not steal your textures.  I checked your file and the text on your texture is thinner as of this texture it's bigger and yeah why would someone steal another mod and upload it? Pretty lame.

Heres the links to my custom CVPI textures for GTA IV. I am currently working on a GTA IV Bearcat texture for GTA IV for CPD. Think you could help me out and take some pics in game of it? Let me know if its a possibility. I need pics before I release the bearcat.

This comment section is for the Cincinatti police file. Please do not go off topic about me taking pics. First of all, I do NOT play GTA IV anymore so no I can't help you there. Why can't you take the pics yourself instead of asking someone else?

Lol I think the guy is in the wrong section. His skins are for GTA IV only. Smh.

Dude. I wasn't talkin to you about takin a pic. I was talkin to tyler. and second off, I have the right to ask this. I also cannot take pictures as I am not at my house to take pictures. So you might want to watch your tounge. He was looking for another Cincinnati skin so I linked him to mine.

First of all do NOT quote me because that means you are talking to me. Scroll up I see you quoted me so obviously I will assume you were talking to me. Don't tell me to watch my mouth when you need to see before you post/reply to someone.
