How to install :

Using OpenIV Replace -  policenew_sign_1  - in police2+hi.ytd and police2.ytd

Using OpenIV go to > GTA V > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday3ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
