Hello, this is the Paleto Bay Services pack made by yours truly, NotKornel. 
This pack includes, Police, Parks and Rec and Forest Ranger skins. (More will be added as time goes on)
This pack isn't really based on anything, it's purely fictional. 

 

Installation:

  1. Install the packs listed below.
  2. Find the ytd file and open it using edit mode in OpenIV
  3. Then, replace/override the livery or add it on if you want
  4. Boom, you are done!
