1. Add to dlcpacks folder:
   Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
   → Drop the folder: rabbit25charger

2. Edit dlclist.xml:

   1. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
                 Add the line: <Item>dlcpacks:/rabbit25charger/</Item>

3. Install ELS XMLs:
   Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
