Hello, this is a script where you need to have Menyoo Tainer.


   DOWNLOAD:
 

 When you downloaded Menyoo you can go to you're GTA main folder/menyooStuff/Spooner, then you can drag and drop the ''Traffic Control.XML'' file in there.
