I have never installed a modded map before, how do I install it?  The readme has no instructions and I know I am not the only person that has never installed a map.

Download Map editor from gta5-mods website ( google gta5 map editor, should be the first thing you see). installation instructions about the editor are on the page where you download it. the get my .xml file ( in this case murder.xml )and put it in your game directory
