this disables the CHP Steady Burn ELS lights on the front when out of the vehicle for Sentinel55's 2019 CHP charger and 2011 CPVI

but still lets you use the steady burn light pressing key= [ on your keyboard to turn on the front steady burns

it fixes the steady burn but it changes the siren to the default one

yeah sorry for that i had changed the siren settings because I have two different sirens in game but forgot to change the ELS file  back to the normal settings before uploading it   

 it so be fix in the update that is waiting for approval

CHP cars have it so when the car is either in park or the door is open, the front lights are all steady burn.

hi everyone have have good news i founded out that there is a way to have the chp steady burn pattern for stage 3 light and the normal stage 3 flashing light pattern 

i am making a video now to show you how
