Hey friends,

This mod is back with new functionality and new settings to make even more
intelligent (in theory) drivers a.i, I am still looking for a way to get there
We are getting closer to an a.i excellent in traffic, you can be sure they still look a little like us in this mod since I have not yet managed to control some crazy people who are probably deliberately put in 
across our road.

Ce mod est de retour avec une nouvelle fonctionnalité et de nouveaux paramètres pour rendre toujours plus
intelligents (en théorie) les conducteurs i.a, je cherche et chercherai encore le moyen d'y arriver pour
nous rapprocher d'un i.a excellent dans le trafic, rassurez-vous ils nous ressemblent encore un peu dans ce mod
puisque je n'ai pas encore réussi à contrôler quelques dingues qui font sans doute exprès de se mettre en 
travers de notre route.

you can change the button in the file ". lua" with Notepad++ or bloc-notes, to the line "CONTROLS.IS_CONTROL_JUST_PRESSED(2, 45)"

- I added a script to manage independently the avoidance of obstacles, skill, aggression and driving style of the a.i that you can set according to your game. There is also the possibility of freezing
 "stop" the traffic in a radius also configurable around you, by pressing the "B" key of your controller, by pressing a second time they will start again.

- I have rehashed the file "vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta" (hoping to do better ).
- I removed the "FLAG_BIG" from the file "vehicles.meta" as for other versions of this mod, so that all
  Road vehicles will move away when you approach in code3.

 

 

[ FRA ]

- J'ai ajouté un script pour gérer de façon autonome les évitements d'obstacles, l'habilité, l'agressivité et le style de conduite de l'i.a que vous pouvez paramétrer selon votre jeu. Il y a également la possibilité de geler
"stopper" le trafic routier dans un rayon également paramétrable autour de vous, en appuyant sur la touche "B" de votre manette, en appuyant une deuxième fois ils repartiront.

- J'ai reparamétré le fichier "vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta" ( en espérant faire mieux ).
- J'ai enlevé les "FLAG_BIG" du fichier "vehicles.meta" comme pour les autres versions de ce mod, pour que tous
  les véhicules routier s'écartent quand vous approchez en code3.

Is someone already used version 6.0?

Seems vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta have huge amount of CAICurvePoint:  724 vs 26 (in V5.1)

And look like this crashing game at the start-up (even with PackfileLimitAdjuster and HeapAdjuster)

I use LCSPDFR and some other mods of course.

have you changed your gameconfig.xml, if you do not make the readme changes provided in the mod, the file vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta will not work properly because it actually contains a lot of CAICurvePoint

if you followed the instructions as stated in the readme I don’t understand why it doesn’t work for you, as it does for me, I’m trying to find out if there is a conflict with one of your plugins or script, can you also try to do the test without plugins or scripts to better target the problem

@RCrw notikFunny thing is that your 5.1 version of the vehicleaihandlinginfo works for me, are we actually meant to use 5.1 or 6.0 if you know what I mean

If version 5.1 works for you it’s good, in version 6.0 I made more precise improvements to emphasize the "more real" side of the behavior of the drivers ai, the turns are softer and regular, vehicle spacing is set to avoid collisions when inserting them into traffic and speeds are more real too ( as in the videos on the mod page )

and I would like to know your problem so that you can enjoy it too, sorry for what happens to you, I hope we will find a solution together

5.1 works too. Seems everything in the amount of new curve points. I had a bunch of mods(almost all about LSPDFR) and heapadjuster on 750mb

Yes no problem, you can use your vehicles.meta, you just have to remove the FLAG_BIG of large vehicles that are in it ex: bus, truck...so that they react to the code3 👍

What does this mod do?

Does this effect pursuits? Every time a vehicle takes off on a traffic stop or a scripted pursuit from a callout the vehicle only drive for about 10 seconds then just stops. Don't know if its this mod but I don't know anything else that would affect it.

And if you remove my mod, everything works normally?

Ask yourself the question, why does this mod work for many players and not you?.... Are you sure you’ve done what it takes to make it work before you judge this mod?

Love it, I would love to see in the future more Ai cars going the speed limit and over. No more Ai Driving 30 in a 60 like on Joshua Rd and parts of Harmony where it's 45 and they go 25 if that's even possible. So basically more consistent traffic flow with the in game speed limits.

thank you for your comment, I can not from this mod define speeds by sector, if I decrease speeds they will affect all vehicles regardless of where they travel...in this mod the speed is related to the trajectory of the vehicle, not to the sector in which it is moving, if I lower the speed of a vehicle, it will drive at this speed imposed whether it is on the highway or a country road, now, if traffic density is really important it may be interesting to reduce the speed of vehicles....

Hi, so i have this problem where i don't have the common.rpf file in my mods folder and when i try to copy it over to the folder and start starting the game it crashes. Does anyone have a solution?
