This is an USIC (United States Intelligence Community) Armor Texture for EUP Plugin.

 

This Pack contains:

1 - task_diff_007_a_uni - USIC Vest Tan
2 - task_diff_007_b_uni - USIC Vest Black


- Download and Install Vest&Earpiece first.

 

------------------------------INSTALLATION------------------------------

1. Open OpenIV App
2. Go to E:\Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01
3. Enable "Edit Mode"
4. Open task_diff_007_a_uni.ytd
5. Select task_diff_007_a_uni and click on Replace
6. Then select the .png file in this archive and click Save
7. Enjoy in game!

 

Do the same process for the black vest but use "task_diff_007_b_uni.ytd"
