I cant open dlc.rpf it just a text file not a folder please help.

when ever I get to the eup file it shows dlc.rpf but its a rpf file and I cant open it please help.

Are you using OpenIV to browse them folders? Maybe that's it. You got to use OpenIV. Maybe try it that way.

    You need to open it in OpenIV.

    Your in file explorer I think. Use OpenIV.
