Think you could do a baby blue Houston PD car skin? That may be before your time, but they were the only PD in the country with that color. It was actually called HPD Blue if I remember correctly. Good work, thanks!

lol no i remeber them perfectly fine my neigbor was hpd for 30 years he had an old blue vic in front of his house for 5 years before he retired but yes im working on one as we speak!
