Here is my GTA IV ENB settings. Designed for ultra realistic gameplay with the main focus being ELS lights and the weather system.

Days and nights look amazing and unlike other ENB's designed for ELS we have focused on the environment and weather,now all types of weather look different so if your tired of sunny skies why not bring a thunderstorm down!

This ENB is designed to work for 1.0.7.0 on medium to high pc's however it has not been tested on lower patches or specs so please feel free to try!
