What's New in Version 2.1.0

Released

Small update

New

Player-configurable keybind

Press a key to open your backpack directly without using the inventory context menu. Default key is configurable in config.lua. Players can remap it to any key in Settings → Keybinds → FiveM → cm-backpacks — preference is saved per player by FiveM automatically.

Clothing-as-items slot support

If your server uses a clothing-as-items system, backpack items can be placed in the backpack clothing slot

Config changes

New keybind block in config.lua

A new Config.Keybind table controls whether the keybind is enabled, the command name, default key, and the label shown in the FiveM keybinds menu. Set Enabled = false to disable it entirely.

Notes

If a player has multiple backpacks the keybind opens the first one found in their inventory. No breaking changes — existing installs only need the new Config.Keybind block added to their config. (might add the ability to set keybinds for each backpack in the future)

Short Description

its a backpack script, what else do you want?
