Yes I have all the redist's downloaded; I have no x64's, I have latest patch, this isn't a crack.
 
 
I've tried everything so far including redownloading the mod multiple times as well as the game.
 
Any help?
 
I run it as administrator; i set read only, I've done everything that it told me and it still doesn't work.
