    Never mind, just fixed the problem by downloading LCPDFR RC2-R2 with google chrome.

    I was downloading LCPDFR RC2-R2. I had windows 7 and everything required for LCPDFR to install. When I was done downloading LCPDFR RC2-R2 It showed up as a FILE instead of an exe! I need help or did I did something wrong?
