  1. lol thanks, I actually figured that out on my own just didn't get back to the topic and erase my fail before it could be seen great mod, works like a charm thanks for your help I'll be donating a couple bucks
  2. the game starts when I right click launchGTA and run as admin, but when I do the shortcut I get some access error. But now when I press ctrl p when in the game, my screen turns a little blurry and then when I hit it again ... the blur goes away. Now what? *EDIT Now when I run the diag tool I get this GTA IV - Asi loader installed: False GTA IV - Asi loader: GTA IV - Asi loader valid: False when xlive * dsound are both installed ... in the mean time I'll try tweaking around with them *EDIT I removed dsound. I now get a all true diag read ... but the mod still wont start. I do, however, get mod related messages in game ... like pressing shift in a car brings up the message, error I have to be on duty to do that.
  3. Did everything that was supposed to be done, no errors ... what's the deal? I double click on the GTAIV shortcut ... the rock star social club thing comes up I select run offline. When I try to double click & run as admin on the GTAIV.exe in the GTA directory ... it says "The ordinal 5367 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dlll." ... I have dsound. Should i get xlive instead? I'm 1.07 version. I'd really like to get this mod to work, but it's starting to seem like a big hassle. 4. Yeah I know I didn't do something right. I did install all the needed framework and C++ however. I'm just gonna reinstall I didn't have any mods or anything anyway. I actually bought GTAIV for PC for this mod specifically (Real life Philadelphia Police applicant) You're telling me to skip the manual install & just wait for the automatic?
  5. Anyone have an ETA on when the server's going to be back up? I just did the manual installation and my game wont start so ... I'd like to try the automatic installation next lol. In the meantime ... anyone have an idea of what I did wrong? Copied and pasted the files and placed them into my GTAIV directory ... followed the readme. My game version is compatible with lcpdfr I checked.
