INSTALLATION 
Use OpenIV to import the Files to "/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/" or the last patchday! 
INSTALLATION Sheriff2.xml 
Import the File Riot.xml to "/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default/"

If Your windows are black, remember to make sure you have 
<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in your vehicles meta as well to prevent the tint issue.

Ever felt like the LSPD drives a little bit too rough,  that their cars look ugly and banged up when backup arrives on scene or when in a pursuit?
Then this little RPH plugin is for you. Does what it says on the tin. It makes any car that is marked as a police vehicle invincible and unable to take visible damage (except for the glass on Windows and Lightbars, visible bulletholes and scratchmarks.).
Its intended usage is together with LSPDFR (but it does not require LSPDFR) to make sure that all police vehicles look up to shape. 
Review the readme for a more in-depth "how-to", but just for basics; 
This is not a API plugin for LSPDFR. It's a RPH plugin It is installed the same way any other RPH plugin is installed: By putting it in the \plugins folder.  This is my first ever C# creation for GTA V, and as such, it's really basic. Still, I could not have done this without the help of LukeD and Sam. Thanks!
Source code is included to encourage development, and help others with their development. 

For installation instructions. you need to know how to install cars and carcols.meta.
there are many tutorials online for it. use the latest dlc
 
This is the first police car with 2 lightbars.
Extra 1 is the Fedsig Vista, Extra 2 is the Code3 21TR by Kygo, converted to GTA V by me.
Do not use parts or re-upload this car on another website, or ask permission first please.

This is a simple Baltimore City and County police texture pack. Some of the vehicles in this pack are fictional concepts and have never been used by Baltimore County or City jurisdictions. Always nice to have options though right? This pack comes with 13 different County and City textures.
