This is the same crash you've had the entire time. Try disabling Ultimate Backup by renaming the UltimateBackup.dll file within plugins/LSPDFR to _UltimateBackup, then launch the game and go on duty.

Chill Callouts caused the crash because he doesn't have Traffic Policer.

He meant the illegal copy of the game. Can you play the game without Rage?

I would personally get rid of the illegal version because.. well.. it's illegal.

There's only so much you can do.

If you're using ELS, you can try my Automatic Siren Cutout plugin. It has a yield feature for traffic stops. I also made Scene Manager to help with larger incidents.
