  1. LCPDFR 1.0b Car Selection Issue and Bad Diagnostics Tool

    Need some help please! My game freezes when I go on duty and come out of the station to select a car, one or two cars will load but then my character will just stand there with no car spawning so I am forced to close the game. Plus whenever I try to open the new diagnostics tool, I get "Diagnostics Tool has stopped working". Really need help with this. I have looked for the .ini file to change the PreLoadAllModels to True but it isn't in there. Hope someone can help, I have all .net framework updates and C++ updates and im on a PC that can more than handle it: Quad core i5 8GB RAM XFX 7950 GPU PS, all models are perfectly compatible with the game and no other mods are installed other than LCPDFR, ELS and a few custom Police cars.
