Eumm, If you like to do Multiplayer: GTAIV original, because there are more players then EFLC. if you do more LCPDFR: GTAIV EFLC, because it have much more police slots.

Thats not the right thing... Disable your trainer > upgrade to ELS V7. For DAS: Press CTRL + Alt + c, 2 times, then F5.
