I have tried everything and I tried GTAIVaud and when I'm going through my files to get the the weapons.ivaud I click on the Sfx in pc/audio/Sfx I see ZERO .ivaud files

On OpenIV I go to pc/audio/Sfx/resident.rdf then into weapons with edit mode on same on SparkIV

I'm trying to change gun sounds and i can't. In SparkIV I can only listen to the sounds and export them and can't add any. In OpenIV the same thing happens. Please help I really want to get back into GTA and LCPDFR.

Whenever i get into a chase i put down a roadblock and when they crash into it the cop always kill them and it gets really annoying when i want to arrest them.So is there a way i can remove the cops from the roadblock so they don't spawn?

Is there a way i can put it so there are no cops at roadblocks because they are getting annoying killing my suspects!

I'm using ELS v7 on GTA 1.0.7.0 and i want to know if i can bind J and H together so i can just press J instead of hitting j 3 times to turn on the lights i want and h for the siren. If i can i want them to be binded to J with the LSTG 3 lights and siren. P.S How do i turn on the info panel?
