Welcome, I just want to say this is meant to be UNMARKED, There is no partition in this vehicle because its not meant to be a transport vehicle. Think of this vehicle as a normal police vehicle without the ability to transport people. Models/Skins/Scripts Parts used/Credits

I do scripts in .VB, But i recommend you do them in C#, Although .VB is easier to learn.

It should be legal to a point, Such as Medical, IN HOME USE ONLY, An ounce or so legal limit to be carried on person/in vehicle, Must be 18 or 21 to possess. I have nothing against it. =)

The best you can do is make sure you and who ever you play with has all the SAME Mods, Dont use traffic flow or any traffic fix. Last resort, Dont use any mods

If he has your IP he cant really do anything, As long as you have a ANTI-VIRUS software you should be fine, Dont sweat about things like this, Hes probably just saying that to scare you, You'll be fine.

Thats not DLM, DLM is a public mod by Lt.Caine i believe, Cleveland and BxBugz use EFlash, Made by BxBugz/DotGamma witch is not public. I had DLM before, but i had to reinstall my OS And lost everything.
