    Hey guys, I just bought GTA IV for PC to play this mod, and installed LCPDFR 0.91 but when I start the game I press Alt P and the screen just goes blurry. Attached is the diagnostics report below. When I run the diagnostics it says 0 errors! I followed the directions from the Youtube Video/the support forum that says READ THIS FIRST.
