  1. Latvian police vehicles (we have a lot of old looking police vehicles from 20th century, but those are quite rare and mostly you can see modern vehicles on the roads, even thought the country is in deep debt and the govrement isn't even able to pay proper wages to cops, so basically if you get pulled over by the traffic police, give them 20 Ls and they'll let you go without any tickets or warnings or anything, cop cars in minor cities even lack fuel to do proper patrols, lol). This seems to be one of the President's escort vehicles (apparently they use specific cars for that, according to the emblem and text written on the side of the car, not sure about those cars, only seen them once near a govrement building, apparently protecting it). Traffic Police - CBA to find more, it's hard to see the difference between traffic and standart police for me from just pictures as I'm not a specialist (AFAIK the standart police patrol vehicles have no indication on whenever they're traffic or normal, so it's just basically a mix or something, altought traffic police patrols way more than normal police does, so maybe normal police doesn't even have those cruisers like traffic cops do). EDIT: Half of the pics I posted don't even work *sigh*
