Alright so this is a problem with all my vehicles in this pack (All other vehicles work perfectly) I am using BradM's [ELS] San Andreas State Police Vehicle Pack and another pack for liveries. I have changed the Diffuse Tint in vehicles.meta but here it is for proof. (Includes the ENTIRE vehicles.meta.) vehicles.xml I also went in and made the windows texture in OpenIV transparent rather than having a small amount of tint, still didnt work. Also a screenshot of what I am talking about. Cleaning the vehicle, changing tint in menu does not work, trust me I have tried.

Dont really know how to word this, but I am trying to change the lights from Red/Blue to Blue/Blue on a NON ELS vehicle. I have successfully changed the textures and changed the CarCols.meta to show blue. Heres where I run into issues. The car shines blue on the light bar and ground, no red at all (great right?) but theres a giant texture that pops up on the rear of the vehicle when the lights are activated. I will attach a picture of what I am talking about. I play on a FiveM server that doesnt have ELS installed, and I want to put an amber lightbar on a tow truck, but all the amber lightbars are ELS only, so my question is, what happens if I put a ELS lightbar on when the server doesnt have ELS installed?

I was wondering if anyone has or can make a MTL Flatbed truck with an non ELS amber lightbar on the top at minimum. If you are feeling nice maybe throw in some extra lights on the mirrors or something. I have been messing with it all day long and can't seem to get the lights to work at all. The lights either come out red/blue, or nothing at all. Thanks in advance.

Okay so I recently just got back into editing cars. I used to do it a bunch on GTA IV, but now it seems like a good time to do it for GTA V. I found a unlocked charger, and a lightbar that needs to be LOD, Compounded and set up for default lighting. Now my question is, how do you do those things to the lightbar? I have searched around and couldn't find anything about it. Also, if someone knows of a list of unlocked/already converted and ready to use parts, please let me know.

So I have played GTA before on a different computer no problems. As soon as I get my new gaming PC its just hell. I tried updating to 1.0.7.0 (no mods installed yet) and it gives me an error saying it cant find the game directory. (Ill post log) I just need some ideas on what to do because I cant find anything on google. I have reinstalled already and dont plan on doing it again because Im on pretty slow internet. Also, GTAIV application is 1.0.7.0 but Launchgtaiv is 0.1.0.0 titleupdate.log

Hello, I have recently done a fresh re-install of GTA IV. Put all my mods in, started my game and when I get to the apartment where I spawn, I get a error saying LCPDFR Loader.loader or something like that. I have had this before so I just placed the AdvancedHook.dll from the manual install and replaced it with the one in my directory, but that did not work this time. I have tried the diagnostics tool, but it keeps crashing when I check my installation. (I used advanced mode). If anyone can help me, please just comment. I have 1.0 manual installed, I load the game to Niko's apartment, and I get a pop up message that says that, and to check the log. this is the log for that error- Parameter name: name %LANG% is an invalid culture identifier. 1.0 doesnt work for me, I install it all correctly but the ALT+P command doesnt work...... Unless its been changed.?
