    Hi! First time poster, 2 week fan of this mod :) Anyone who has any tips or hints how to overcome the handcuff bug? When I start run after a criminal and taps "E", the log says that he is cooperating, but I get no options to handcuff him or not, so when I try hit again, then he starts running and thats how it is for me the upcoming 10 minutes :) Thanks in advance
