I have been at this for days, I have seen and followed so many videos and tutorials. I cannot think of any other possible solution, I have reinstalled GTA 4. What in the heck am I doing wrong? I cannot get ELS 7 to work. Attached is a picture of my GTA 4 directory. When I get in an els enabled vehicle, the lights are simply frozen. What am I doing wrong? I have tried changing control keys, ect. I cannot get the info panel to even open up. Can anyone help me out?
