yep in fact we have some specialized units, the problem of the whole mafia cancer is that you can find it in politicians as well. politicians have a lot of influence and they dont want police to solve the problem. simplest way to explain italy's situation by the way I noticed that Cj24 created the exact kind of light beacon I was talking about (see attached file) now, I'm not really able to create models from unlocked parts, don't even know where to start, so is someone going to put two of those beacons on the top of some CVPI or Impala or any other car? :smile:

the state police car up there is an Alfa Romeo 159. and yes we've got problems here in italy like corruption, and mainly in the south mafia problems, but still there are people trying to make things better even if it's pretty hard you know :) We don't have any "organized crime police", there are just little bureaus inside the state police and carabinieri that work hard as hell to capture mob bosses but unfortunately politicians have always the last word on those business and every policeman working on those cases has a huge amount of difficulties doing his work, it's not that every italian citizen is a mafia head you know :smile:

Hahah well our military police always had just two beacons on the roof, never had any lightbar. they are now using LEDs, 1 or 2 years ago they just had strobes. By the way does someone know the name of our state police lightbar? and has it ever been created for GTAIV?

yep I know about them, but as you said they're non-ELS, and ELS gives a much more realistic light effect. and I must also say that I'd rather prefer american cars such as the cvpi or the impala than the italian ones :smile:

Yep I knew that you don't see beacon lights in the US or Canada, I was talking about something like Cj24 BMW 5, in the attached thumbnail at the bottom of my post. the only thing is that it has just one beacon light on the left part of the roof (I know, it's german undercover version and it makes sense), but maybe if someone, or even Cj24, could just add another beacon light so there are two of them, that would be cool. and to answer sgtdonuts, here in italy our military police ("carabinieri") and even state police (actually they use led lightbars and not beacons) mounted new beacon led lights on top of their new cars' roof: strobes light on that BMW (or any other car, CVPI, taurus or impala) would be great as well though

Hi everyone, first of all I'm going to say that I've been following your lcpdfr site and forum for long, and I find it really amazing for everything you guys do everyday. I'm not sure if this is the right place to make requests but here I go, I noticed that almost all over the internet you cannot find any CVPI or any other car with LED or strobe beacons on top of the roof, I guess that's because you in the USA or Canada don't see that very often. It would be cool if someone could add like two blue light beacons on a Crown Vic or an Impala, or every other car, doesn't really matter which one. apologies if there's any spelling error but English isnt my mother tongue and thanks in advance if someone's going to fulfill my request :smile:
