  1. Publisher couldn't be verified

    emasen9560 posted a topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
    Everytime I try and download LCPDFR my computer will not allow me to view/open the file. I keep getting the message "The publisher of 095RC2R2 couldn't be verified." I need help to figure out why I cannot download this?
