  1. Can you post a link to where you found v.1.0a?
  2. I have been screwing with this for the last five days. Having nothing but problems bouncing back and forth between forum posts trying to solve why my LCPDFR will not load. I finally just said screw it. Formatted my system. Did a complete re-install of WIN7(64bit) did a fresh install from a legally purchased copy of GTAIV from steam. Manually extracted the LCPDFR v1.0c files from the manual install file (http://www.lcpdfr.co...first-response/) and have followed the PDF install guide word for word, step by step. I have also checked all the basic stuff on the support site unless i'm just over looking something small. I have disabled read only on the root, run the diagnostic tool, and set windows UIC settings to NONE, and run as administrator. I have no clue what else to do. GTAIV loads fine but when I got to Ctrl-p to start LCPDFR nothing happens. I have posted screen shots of my root directory and a shot of the diagnostic tool along with all of my logs in my root folder. Can an Admin please tell me where to go next. I have been screwing with this for days and I am starting to get discouraged and at the point where I wanna give up. PLEASE HELP? -Yuki *EDIT* I currently have NO other add-ons installed. *EDIT* I have also disabled my firewall, and antivirus while trying to play, this has done nothing.
